About the Author
Tara Tywan Greene is a native of Orangeburg, SC. She graduated from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School an later attended the University of South Carolina in Aiken, SC with a BA in History and a minor in International Studies. She continued her studies at Strayer University with a Masters in Education with a concentration in Educational Management. Tara began her literary career after college which was a two year journey that was unexpected. During her journey of completing the Upside Down of Things, she became to embrace her passion in education an began pursuing it. By doing so, she started working in education, using her writing journey as inspiration for others.
After releasing her first novel, Tara took on other projects such as ghostwriting, assisting independent authors, speaking to youth groups, and small "talk to the author" groups including book clubs.
Tara released her second novel in 2013, TurnAround Again, a sequel to The Upside Down of Things which shows the growth of Tara as an author, released through Red Lead Press.
Tara is proud to announce to release her long awaited novel Religious Sinner-independently released that entails the realistic aspects of growing up in the home of a preacher and being held to the highest expectations. This reality brought closer to home for the author herself.
